Money in a stationery seller business has a shape of its own, and most tools ignore it. Carrying a wide range is a reasonable strategy and it creates a specific problem, which is that averages stop meaning anything. When you sell across many different types of product, your overall margin is a blend of things that are doing very well and things that are quietly losing money, and the blend hides both.
Cash gets spread thin. A little money in a lot of lines feels safer than a lot of money in a few, but it makes each line harder to judge and makes the total tied up in stock surprisingly large.
Because the range is broad, seasonality gets muddled too. Different parts of the range peak at different times, so the overall chart looks flatter than any individual line actually is, which makes planning harder rather than easier.

Three situations that come up constantly in stationery.
Enter unit costs and Cashowa reports profit per product rather than one blended figure. In a broad range that is the only way to find out which parts are actually carrying the business.
The slow mover list shows what has not sold in sixty days. Combined with profit per line, that gives you a defensible answer to what should go.
The overall chart may look flat while individual lines swing hard. Looking at categories separately usually reveals the pattern the average was hiding.
Switch between monthly, quarterly and yearly to see the pattern.
Usually a fourth quarter lift, though a broad range tends to flatten the overall picture even when individual lines are highly seasonal.
Upload twelve months and the pattern stops being something you half remember. You can switch between monthly, quarterly and yearly, which matters when income arrives in lumps and a single month tells you very little.
Import your sales file and Cashowa works out profit per product, what is selling, and what has not moved in sixty days. Enter what each item costs you once and the margins stop being guesswork.
Add a lead time and it warns you before something runs out, rather than after.

Built around how stationery sell, not around a generic business.
Ranked by margin, not just by sales.
Slow and thin, together.
By looking at categories rather than the total.
Because a blended margin across a broad range tells you very little.
The practical way to prune a wide range.
These get recognised and sorted on their own when they turn up on your statement. If something specific to your setup gets filed wrongly, you fix it once and it sticks.
Export a statement, upload it, and the categorising happens on its own.
