These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cashowa, provided by Cashowa. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Cashowa is a personal-finance and business-analysis app. The free tier includes spending tracking, budgets, net worth, reports, and goal tracking. Paid plans and credits unlock AI features such as chat, financial planning, bill negotiation, and business analysis.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and let us know of any unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile.
Cashowa is an informational and organizational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing in the app — including AI-generated plans, suggestions, or figures — should be relied upon as such. Always verify information and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. On the web, billing is handled by PayPal; in the iOS app, by Apple In-App Purchase. Apple subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice.
AI actions consume credits. Monthly plan credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over; purchased top-up credits do not expire while your plan is active. Except where required by law (or your platform's policy), credits and subscription fees are non-refundable once used.
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break or overload the system, no reverse-engineering, and no uploading of content you don't have the right to use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result, figure, or recommendation is accurate or suitable for your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashowa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial losses arising from your use of — or reliance on — the Service.
You may stop using Cashowa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
We may update these Terms. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
