Why credits instead of unlimited?
Cashowa runs on a paid AI service (Anthropic Claude). Unlimited would be unfair — power users would subsidise no usage. Credits keep the price predictable for everyone and tie cost directly to value delivered.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly allotments don't roll over — they refresh on your billing date. Top-up credits, on the other hand, never expire while your plan stays active.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Billing settings — you keep access until the end of the current billing period, then drop to Free.
What's the refund policy?
If you're unhappy in your first 14 days on a paid plan, email hello@cashowa.app for a full refund.
Do you offer a yearly discount?
Yes — yearly subscriptions save roughly 17% over the monthly cost. Same credits per month either way.
