Features
Every number you see is a number you can check.
Cashowa plans, calculates, and audits — and shows you the math behind every answer so you never have to take it on faith.
How Cashowa works
Three steps, no spreadsheets.
- 1
Tell us about you
Fill a short form (income, expenses, goals) or just upload a bank CSV. The more you share, the sharper Cashowa's answers get.
- 2
Ask in plain English
Chat, plan, or audit. Cashowa picks the right tools — calculator, transaction query, web fetcher — and runs them for you.
- 3
Inspect every number
Hover any figure to see the formula and inputs. Save the plan, download the report, or come back tomorrow with new numbers.
Four tools, one app
Each one runs on the same agent — they share context so what you say in chat shows up in your plan.
Chat with verifiable math
Ask anything: 'Can I afford a car?', 'Where am I leaking money?', 'What's my emergency fund target?'. Numbers come with citations.

Tools that actually do the work
Three features that go beyond answering — Cashowa acts on your behalf.
Bill negotiator + competitor finder
Point Cashowa at your internet, phone, insurance, streaming, or energy bill. It researches your provider, finds 2–3 cheaper competitors live, drafts a retention call script, and writes the cancellation email.

Subscription detector
Scans your uploaded transactions to surface every recurring charge — weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly. Flags 'stale' subscriptions where a charge was expected and didn't arrive, so you can spot trials that auto-cancelled or merchants that quietly raised prices.

Quarterly Business Review
Toggle on per business and Cashowa re-audits you every 90 days — automatically. The follow-up report includes a quarter-over-quarter narrative: gross margin shifts, channel performance changes, what improved, what slipped. Starter / Pro.

Built differently from a chatbot
Cashowa is an agentic system, not a wrapper around an LLM.
- Numbers come from real calculations and your real dataNumbers are produced by language model guessing
- Browses the web and fetches your site to answerAnswers from training data only
- Acts on your behalf — drafts emails, negotiates bills, runs auditsGenerates text, that's it
- Saves plans, audits, and history in your accountLoses context the moment you close the tab
- Runs scheduled background work (auto QBRs)Only runs when you're typing
- Per-task pricing — pay for outcomes, not tokensPer-token pricing — costs balloon with long answers

Mix personal and business finances. Cashowa keeps both straight.
Small business owners

Privacy & control
Your data, your account
Every row is row-level-secured. Cashowa staff can't read it. Export the lot or delete it any time.
Verifiable math, not vibes
If a number isn't sourced from a tool call, the UI flags it. The agent is instructed to never make numbers up.
No bank-account linking
Cashowa never touches your bank. You upload CSVs you control — when, what, and how much.
Frequently asked
What's a credit?
A credit is a unit of work. Simple chat = 1 credit. Chat with tools = 3 credits. A full plan = 25. A business audit with website = 75. We charge per task instead of per token so the price matches the value, not the prompt length.
Does Cashowa connect to my bank?
No — and we like it that way. You export a CSV from your bank app and upload it. Faster to set up, no third-party broker, and you control what we see.
What model does it use?
Claude Sonnet 4.6 from Anthropic, with tool use and streaming. The agent has a short list of tools — calculator, CSV query, web fetcher, save-plan — and chooses which to use per question.
Is it really verifiable math?
Every numeric answer cites a calculation step. Click any number to expand the formula and inputs. If the model tried to inline a number that wasn't computed, the UI rejects it.
