How to cancel SoulCycle

SoulCycle has two product types with different cancellation paths:

Monthly Memberships (Soul Studios, Soul Plus, etc.):

1. Sign in at soul-cycle.com → My Account → Memberships
2. Click Cancel Membership
3. SoulCycle offers a pause option (1-3 months free). Accept if you'll come back.
4. Click Continue to Cancel → confirm. Access continues until billing ends.

Cancellation deadline: Cancel at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. SoulCycle doesn't refund the current cycle if you cancel late.

Class Packs (5-pack, 10-pack, 20-pack, 30-pack): These aren't subscriptions — they're prepaid. There's nothing to cancel — just stop attending. Unused classes expire:

• 5-pack: 30 days
• 10-pack: 60 days
• 20-pack: 90 days
• 30-pack: 1 year

Expired classes are forfeited, no refund. If you have classes about to expire and won't use them, gift them to a friend (SoulCycle allows guest-pass-style sharing on most packs).

At-Home Bike (SoulCycle at-Home discontinued in 2023): If you bought the SoulCycle at-Home bike before discontinuation, the subscription auto-cancelled in 2023. The bike still works as a standard exercise bike but no longer pulls live classes.

Pause option: SoulCycle's free pause (1-3 months) is honest — no charge during pause, automatic resume.
