How to cancel Peloton Digital / Bike Membership
Cancel Peloton app subscription online. Bike/Tread All-Access can also be cancelled online or by phone.
Peloton App (digital-only, ~$13/mo):
- Sign in at members.onepeloton.com → Account Settings → Subscriptions
- Click Cancel Membership next to App
- Confirm. Access continues until end of billing period.
You can also cancel from the iOS app: Settings → Manage Membership → Cancel.
All-Access Membership ($44/mo, for Bike/Tread/Row owners):
- Same place: members.onepeloton.com → Account Settings → Subscriptions
- Click Cancel Membership next to All-Access
- Choose your cancellation date
You can still use the equipment without All-Access. It just won't pull live classes — the bike/tread becomes a "Just Ride/Run" device with no metrics tracked. Many users keep equipment, drop All-Access, and use other apps (Apple Fitness+, free workout YouTubers) on a tablet propped on the handlebars.
Pause option: Up to 3 months free pause on All-Access. Use this if you're injured or travelling.
By phone: 1-866-679-9129 (US). Useful if your account login is broken or you have a transferred-from-original-owner bike.
Used bike resale: All-Access transfers to the new owner — they create their own account and start paying $44/mo. Mention this in your listing if you sell.
