How to cancel Pandora

On the web (only available if you subscribed via pandora.com):

1. Sign in at pandora.com → click your profile (top right) → Subscription
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Confirm. Access continues until billing date.

iOS / Android: Cancel from your app store — Pandora can't cancel a subscription it doesn't bill. iOS Settings → Subscriptions → Pandora → Cancel. Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Pandora → Cancel.

Your stations survive. Cancelling Plus/Premium drops you to the free tier — you keep all your stations, thumbs-up history, and song bookmarks. You just see ads, lose unlimited skips, lose offline listening, and lose on-demand search (the ability to pick specific songs).

Plus vs Premium:

• Plus ($4.99/mo) — unlimited skips + offline radio, no ads. No on-demand.
• Premium ($9.99/mo) — full on-demand library (any song, any time), playlists, offline downloads.

If you only care about avoiding ads on your existing stations, downgrade to Plus rather than cancelling Premium.

Annual refund: Pandora refunds annual subscriptions within 7 days of payment. Outside that window, no refund — you finish out the year.

Free Pandora via SiriusXM: SiriusXM subscribers get Pandora Premium free as part of some bundles. If you have SiriusXM, check siriusxm.com → My Account → Add-ons before paying separately.

Family plan: Pandora Family ($14.99/mo, 6 accounts) is meaningfully cheaper than 2 individual Premium subscriptions.
