How to cancel Netflix

Online (fastest):

1. Sign in at netflix.com on a browser (the cancellation flow is hidden in the mobile app)
2. Click your profile icon (top right) → Account
3. Under "Membership", click Cancel Membership
4. Confirm. You'll keep access until your current billing date.

That's it. No retention call, no pause hard-sell. Netflix removed the friction years ago.

Want to save the watchlist? Cancelled accounts keep their profiles + watchlist for 10 months in case you come back. You can reactivate any time and pick up where you left off.

Note: Netflix doesn't offer pause-style "save your spot" plans. If you're cancelling because of cost, downgrading to a cheaper tier (Standard with ads) is the cheapest non-cancel option — $7.99/mo as of last update.
