How to cancel Hulu

Online:

1. Sign in at hulu.com (browser, not the app)
2. Profile icon (top right) → Account
3. Under "Your Subscription", click Cancel Your Subscription
4. Hulu walks you through a retention flow — they often offer to drop you to the ad-supported plan or pause for free
5. To actually cancel, scroll past the retention offers and click Continue to Cancel until you see the final confirmation

Save your spot: Hulu lets you pause your subscription for up to 12 weeks, free, on the same cancellation flow. You keep your profile, watchlist, and resume where you left off when the pause ends. Use this if you're cancelling for budget reasons but might come back.

If billed via Apple/Google/Roku: cancel inside that platform's subscription manager — Hulu's site won't show a cancel button.

Bundle note: If you have the Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+ bundle, you have to cancel from Disney+, not Hulu.
