How to cancel Canva Pro

Online:

1. Sign in at canva.com → click your profile (top right) → Account Settings
2. Click Billing & Plans → Cancel Subscription
3. Canva offers retention deals (often 6 months at 40% off). Click Continue Cancellation to skip.
4. Confirm. Access to Pro features continues until billing ends.

What you keep: All your designs stay in your account. You can open, edit, and download them on the free tier.

What you lose at the end of the period:

• Premium images, videos, music (designs already made with them stay usable, but you can't add new ones)
• Brand kit (logos, colour palettes, fonts stored at the team/account level)
• Background remover, Magic Resize, Magic Studio AI features
• Unlimited folders (Free tier caps at 2 folders)
• 1TB cloud storage (Free is 5GB)

Team / Business plans: Cancel from the team admin's account. Individual team members' designs roll up to the team — those become read-only after cancellation but can be exported.

Nonprofit / education: Canva offers Pro free for verified nonprofits and educators. If your reason for cancelling is cost, check canva.com/canva-for-nonprofits or canva.com/education — applications take a few days.

Annual refund: Canva prorates refunds for annual plans cancelled within 30 days of renewal. Outside that, no refund.
