How to cancel Bloomberg

Online:

1. Sign in at bloomberg.com → click your profile (top right) → My Account
2. Click Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription
3. Bloomberg shows retention offers (typically $1.99/mo for 6 months or $99/year vs the $34.99/mo standard)
4. Click Continue Cancellation through each offer
5. Confirm

Phone gets better deals. The retention reps have authority to offer:

• $99/year (vs $419 standard) — common second offer
• $1.99/mo for 12 months — frequently offered
• Sometimes 50% off Bloomberg Terminal Lite or BBG All Access

Bloomberg Terminal vs Bloomberg.com: These are completely different products. The Terminal ($24k+/year) is institutional and not what most people are cancelling. If you're paying ~$35/mo, you have the consumer All Access digital subscription, not the Terminal.

Bloomberg Originals via Amazon Prime: Bloomberg's documentary content is increasingly available free on Amazon Prime Video. If you mainly watched the docs, you can cancel and still get a lot.

Annual refund: Bloomberg refunds annual subscriptions within 7 days of payment. Outside that, no refund.
